My Contribution To 82 for the 82nd Airborne

I decided I wanted to make a quilt with parachutes, mountains, and patriotic blocks.  The quilt top is finished.  It will be loaded on my machine tomorrow and quilted.  I haven’t had any fun for awhile so I’m looking forward to some “no pressure” quilting.

  1. Both Linda and her husband, Craig’s contributions to 82nd wounded paratroopers have been awesome. One of Craig’s quilts have already been awarded to a wounded 82nd Paratrooper at Brooke Army Medical Center.

This quilt of Linda’s shown was also selected as one of the 12 quilts- from the 164 quilts donated to the “82 for 82nd” quilts – to be a part of the quilt exhibit at the 82nd Airborne Museum on Fort Bragg, NC begining May 18th.

    Thank you both,
we couldn’t have done it without you,
