Linderella’s Applique Critters

Our local quilt shop is called Linderella’s Quilt Works.  Linda Sullivan has designed a bunch of cute animal applique patterns which a customer wanted on one quilt along with the child’s name.  So this quilt has a frog, cat, bird, and turtle, along with a bumble bee and dragonfly.  The letters are done “wonky” style as is the border.

The animals begged for a garden to be running around in, so I quilted flowers, landscape meander, and a tree for the bird.

Tomorrow I’ll post another customer quilt.  Very lovely and dramatic flowers.
