Here’s a few more customer quilts recently completed.
First is Lorraine’s which is a Friendship Quilt. Each member of the Queen Bee made a block using any block they desired but using a piece of the fabric Lorraine provided. The pantograph is Blooming Feathers with light pink A&E Permacore thread and Hobbs 80/20 batting. This will be a great snuggly quilt for when Lorraine wants her friends close by, a lovely hug.
Next is Sally’s Grandmother’s Flower Garden. I can’t imagine hand stitching all those hexagons together. Great scrappy colors in these flowers. The pantograph is Rose with Hobbs PolyDown batting and A&E Permacore thread in Khaki. The white on the outside edge is the batting which will be trimmed by Sally as she finishes the edge.
Lastly is Patsy’s Going Home applique quilt with several colors of Sew Fine thread and Hobbs 80/20 batting. Isn’t it cute how she cross stitched signs for the buildings?
Our household has increased by 1. His name is Beauregard but Beau for short unless I’m really trying to get his attention. He’s the fastest little thing on 4 legs and loves to grab something like a strip of cloth and run like the devil. Max, my miniature schnauzer, is doing better after 3 weeks of a brother, but still isn’t so sure he wants someone else competing for Mom and Dad’s attention.
He’s just 2 lbs, 11 oz but keeps my husband, Craig, and I on the go constantly.
Thanks for stopping by.
