Companion

My online dictionary is inaccurate.  It defines “companion” as “a person who is frequently in the company of”.  What’s wrong with that?  A person is defined as “a human being, whether man, woman, or child.”  There is no greater companion than the faithful, always accepting and desiring love, constantly there, dog.  Here’s Beau.  When I’m working on my Gammill quilting machine, he lies on an old practice piece under the Gammill.  On this day, he came out from behind the quilt to see if I was leaving the room or not.  I was still working so he went back under the machine to finish his nap.

He is my companion.

Thanks for stopping by to visit.
